~ Trials are payable on the day. Photographs and notes will be taken and added to your file, any additions discussed such as extensions/ accessories will also be noted. The cost of such additions is the responsibility of the client.

~ Skin conditions and allergies of the bride and bridal party must be disclosed before any service.

​

~ On wedding day and trial day, hair must be clean and blowdried, no straightening or product other than heat protectors. I reserve the right to refuse service to unsanitary hair.

~ Payment must be made by cash or bank transfer ONLY a minimum of six weeks before the wedding date.

​

~ You reserve the right to cancel at any point, however deposits will remain non-refundable. Cancellation within 12 weeks of the date will incur charges of 50% of final payment, within 6 weeks, 75%.

~ If I am unable to attend due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, excluding cost of trial.

~ Cancellation due to force majeure, including but not limited to fire, flood, weather, illness, death, epidemic, pandemic are not my responsibility. Clients would be strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover such instances.

~ Travel outwith Aberdeen/Shire is subject to surcharge.
