HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY BRIDAL HAIR?
Everyone's timescale is different depending on when your wedding is and how organised you are, however I would recommend booking your bridal hair as soon as you can as bookings tend to be made well in advance, so securing your date may become a problem if you are closer to the wire! For bridal trials my recommendation is no sooner than three months before the day as if you leave a large gap between trial and wedding day, chances are high that you will change your mind or forget what your chosen style looks like.
ABOUT THE TRIAL
Trial slots are two hours for brides, so plenty time to try out a few styles! However I suggest having an idea or two in mind to make the most of your trial time. ​ Try looking for pictures of styles you like, ideally in a hair colour close to your own, and narrow it down to three or four favourites! ​ Arrive with clean hair, blowdried but not styled and no product other than heat protectors. Dirty hair is NOT easier to style! ​ Bring pictures of your dress and any veils/ headpieces. If you can bring these with you, even better! The style of the dress will affect how your hair will look best and I am always happy to advise. ​ If you are planning to wear your hair down, your chosen style has a lot of volume or you are concerned that your own hair may be too short/ fine for what you want, give me a message before your trial and we can discuss the options of padding and hair extensions!
DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! Basic pricing packages include travel within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire but I am happy to travel to your location subject to an additional fee.

WILL MY BRIDAL PARTY NEED A TRIAL?

As a rule, no, however I am happy to accommodate anyone who wishes for one! Bridal party trials are 45 minutes long unless requested otherwise so be sure to have an idea of what you are looking for beforehand!

HOW LARGE A BRIDAL PARTY CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

Numbers depend on desired styles/ hair thickness, but around 6-8 max. I am always happy to work with other stylists if you have a large party!
DO YOU ONLY DO BRIDAL WORK?
